First Year Funding Request
New online programs are able to request forward funding for up to three semesters to help offset startup costs. To begin the request process, please complete this form. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with a link to a Google Spreadsheet. You should enter information about your request into the spreadsheet, including the semester(s) and year(s) for which you are requesting funding, the anticipated number of students the program will enroll, and the anticipated credit hours each student will take. The spreadsheet will calculate and display the total amount of forward funding your program may request based on the numbers you enter. Once you have entered all of the requested information, you should initial the spreadsheet where requested. Once you have entered your initials, you will receive a forward funding request form for your program via email within 15 minutes. You should obtain the requested signatures (Department Head & Dean), then forward the request to the Director of Online Learning.
Once the form is sent to the Director of Online Learning, it will be routed through the Office of Instruction to the Provost for approval.
