New online programs are able to request an eRate differential to help pay for program expenses like summer teaching, advertising, and support for the program. To request an eRate differential, please fill out this form.
After you have filled out the form, you will receive a copy of an unsigned form in your email as a receipt. The Office of Online Learning will route the form for electronic signatures to the requestor’s department head or institute director, dean, and the Office of Instruction. If your eRate is approved through the Office of Instruction, you will receive a copy of the form with those electronic signatures.
The Office of Instruction will route the form to the Provost’s Office on your behalf. You will be notified of the Provost’s decision as soon as possible.
